JSC “Dyatlovsky cheese-making plant”
The enterprise began its activity 65 years ago with whole-milk goods and then, by trials and errors, found its unique way, of course, not without challenges, problems and obstacles. However, the life, famously, consists not of only white, but also black stripes, that is why getting over the difficulties is appreciated more, than avoiding them. It is not an easy work to pass through hard times and celebrate 65th Anniversary with good performance. Dyatlovsky cheese-making plant is one of the largest producers of cheese in Grodno region.
Nowadays there are 23 items of rennet semi-hard cheeses produced in Dyatlovo. In the range of the enterprise there are traditional types of product as well as unique own developments, among which one can find something interesting.
Several years ago 800 tons of cheese where produced in Dyatlovo annually, while recently the plant has increased its output to 3.000 tons per year. The enterprise established cost-effective exports not only to Russia, but also to Kazakhstan, provided pure and safe production processes.
Strategy of the JSC “Dyatlovsky cheese-making plant” is to win broad market with quality and taste of its products. The enterprise could not have taken its position on the Russian as well as domestic market, if it hadn’t made special demands to raw products and hadn’t replaced outdated production equipment. The upgrade of cheese production area was run in 2008, with installation of Polish automatic line “Obram”, which afforded to produce cheeses of both Russian and Dutch groups. Up-to-date equipment, strong quality assurance at all stages of the production process, meticulous technology and hygiene adherence made it possible to obtain and offer the consumer excellent natural products.
Plans of the enterprise are associated with its independent development, increasing capacity and introduction of advanced technologies. Thrusting concoction line has been installed at the plant this year, and the enterprise is sure to become more effective.
“Syrnaya strana” (“Cheese country”) is a brand name of the JSC “Dyatlovsky cheese-making plant” scrumptious cheeses.
Several months ago the company has launched a production of the new line of cheeses: “Rossiysky Novy”, “BelaRus Extra”, “Alberi”, “Gollandsky Premium”, “Shlyahtinsky”, “Neringa”, “Cheese-light”. Each of these items is unique in its own and deserves attention. In particular, “Rossiysky Novy” and “Alberi” cheeses were developed jointly with the LLC “Belhansen” on the basis of natural enzyme “Naturen premiym” – a product of animal origin. New item “Cheese-light” is a tribute to a growing demand on low-fat cheeses (only 30 %!). At the same time cheesemakers have succeeded in making its flavour very pleasant as well as its texture – incredibly soft.
“Shlyahtinsky” and “Neringa” cheeses production is based on the cheese starter cultures of the American company «Cargil». The line was tested successfully in Dyatlovo for the first time, and the production was put on stream. Various new flavours and product items of the enterprise are based on the results of preliminary work on market analysis and questioning of customers, while some of them (like, for example, “Atlet Belorussky” cheese) are offered by the plant. Incidentally, the production of this famous brand was assisted by Lithuanian process engineers. With the improved milk preparation, usage of the expensive and high-quality cheese starter cultures and ultramodern line of cheese production, established two years ago, JSC “Dyatlovsky cheese-making plant” ensures high quality of its products.
